Useful information for leasing companies

Being Aircraft owner do not relieve from obligations to rule makers. EASA strictly defines that first of all owner of the Aircraft is responsible for the Airworthiness of the Aircraft (from operational side, not legal), and only later some contracts can reduce or share responsibilities between aircraft operators, maintenance providers and other market players.

Since Leasing companies usually are more interested in financial outcome from aircraft lease, here FL Technics Engineering will try to keep updated leasing companies on the operational news, requirements and rules.
